Does it work on long haired dogs?
If you have a long haired, dirty dog…The Brush Buddy does a great job of removing the debris and shedding hair. They will undoubtedly enjoy the experience and the towel offers a great massage. The Brush Buddy will not replace a specialized dog brush for long haired pooches.
Does it work on small dogs? The product was designed primarily for dogs that are 15 lbs to very large dogs. The product does work on toy breed dogs but some toy breeds can be very skittish and sensitive.

it all began.
I love my dog, Roman. He is a member of my family. We go for walks, play in the ocean and cruise around town... and this little white mutt is the inspiration for the Brush Buddy.
It was a beautiful day in Santa Barbara in 2005 and Roman and I had just spent a few hours at the beach. As a sandy, wet and happy Roman sat patiently waiting to hop back into my clean car, I realized I neither had my stinky dog towel or a brush... but I needed both. The lightbulb went off in my head the Brush Buddy idea was born.

Company Origins
Some people dream up new product ideas in the shower. Dave Fortson came up with his at the beach.
